I know this won't count as my official weekly blog comment, but thank you so much for sharing this, Jesse. As we were talking about on the terrace on Thursday, the food industry has definitely taken a "quantity over quality" approach in their production of meat/poultry, and it undoubtedly has an effect on our bodies. Thankfully, in a place like Madison, we are lucky to have an abundance of local, organic food available to us.
